The landowner on the property I bowhunt took this last Sunday: Here is his recount: Guys, Many of you wanted the scoop, so here it is. Yesterday morning, I wasn't even planning to hunt because I was a little irritated in the season, you know, many days and nights with nothing to show for it. But Ken...

Re: Turkey Kill

Using a Bowtech at 23yards, montech broadhead, shot mine last year two inches below its ear. Nearly severing its head. I figure if I miss, it will be a clean miss. As luck would have it, I didn't.

Re: Montec Broadheads

I have been using them the last couple seasons. Even shot a turkey in the head with them last fall. The muzzy's do just a good a job. One difference is they are a solid piece design. I know that with the muzzy's I might break a blade now and again. I have yet to damage a montec blade.

Re: EHD this year?

Hopefully it was the warm weather and moon phase. Jimdog, maybe you just need to adjust your glass's. Also I notice your left ear is a bit out of whack. You been makin lovin to a one armed gal ? If so, she might want to flip you around just to even things out a bit.
