No problem- I am going to be in that area more often as I am in the process of purchasing property for retirement in Montgomery County.

Good deal Montgomery is a good county. So is Warren. Hope you're not looking in the flood plain

The property is just north of I-70; it does have a creek but the location for the house is high ground. I signed the contract to purchase it earlier this week and should own in by mid October.

The first time I went to the property to walk it three deer crossed the road and went into the woods along the creek on the property so figured that was a good sign.

Well I close on it by mid October so may get to see how good it is for a deer hunt
