That was my reaction to BB! If this is the "dark side" I wonder what they consider the cafe?

Good luck to ya this weekend!

@ meat man: I caint find any recipes for Image. If it's brown, it get some dirt kicked up on it. I do not aim to discriminate. Image

BB shouldn't waste his time buying a license he can shoot at the dirt for free.

In all seriousness welcome back guys and good luck.

I would think that with BS being below average it would change the locations, or are you finding them on the same structure? If it stays low, this spring ought to concentrate them a little tighter below Powersite.

Most of the walleye are at mid-lake suspended off of the deep flats in 40-55 ft of water. Some are starting to come in shallow late afternoon and early in the mourning. I work with some of the best bass fisherman in the area and they have been picking them up on finess worms in 20-25 ft off of the creek intrances. But they are scattered from shallow to deep . When the water gets in the 50's try throwing cranks into shore.

HB, I hope that they get concentrated this year below Powersite. I have a helluva rig now to get up there so I plan to be down there more often this February/March to go after them (if fuel prices don't go through the roof!).

Wel Tiger I think they're there every years, if the shocking is any example. The one difference is that most people catch them during the night, the same time they shock. If a person was brave enough to go up at night, he would probably be sucessful.
I assume you've read Phil Lilley's accounts on the shocking.

I guess I meant biting.....I have seen the articles about the shocking and some of the pics. If I understood correctly, they have completed their study and there won't be any shocking this year (at least not the extensive shocking survey). Can anyone confirm this?

Thats my understanding also. I know that they would start right after dark and move up both banks, starting at River Run. Maybe there will be more fish available and not spooked this year.
Most of the catch that I know of was coming in the early AM.
because they are moving, I believe a boater could probably target the banks below the Pothloe and have some success after dark.
