caught 15 crappie, 10 and 11 inchers in about two hours. used a bobber and jig about 30 inchers under bobber. light hits or lifts and the fight was on, fun time and great weather. might try it again today, best when the windy was blowing, giving a little movement and bounce to the jig!

fish a small lake in central missouri. fishing open water over brush piles. It's called Bruces' Lake by some. get out and try the water, crappie are hungry when the south wind blows this time of year. fish those warm days.

How about you just catch 100 or so, filet them up, and deliver them to my house? Gosh dang I'd love to have a fresh mess of crappie right now.

You want deer and fish brought to you?!?! Why the heck don't you just go out and get yourself some on your own? It can be fun sometimes.

I was going to take him fishing when PS came to Branson, but he was whining about needing a steak dinner while he was shacking up at my house....so I never returned the phone calls.... Image
