Rocky Kaus of Eldridge caught these paddlefish March 16 in the Niangua Arm of Lake of the Ozarks. The fish weighed 70 and 59 pounds.

I had a link all posted up for him Triton, but then deleted. I didn't seen any need to encourage him. Besides where would I find the "spoonbill" forum? Is between the Flathead and the Blue forums?

You now a lot of people will look at the pics and say what a couple of nice spoonbill CATFISH...Me on the other hand see a person who worked his tail off snagging those things...It is a lot of work snagging those things....

No actually I haven't...and I like it that way. Leave it to the folks at the CO site to deal with that!
Man, I hear ya on that tough fishing thing. My idea of fishing is bait on the end of a hook, cast, open beer and wait for strike. Snagging is too much like work...but damnn those spoonbill CATFISH taste good!
