I'm pretty fond of those blackened vittles, ask C. & C. One day last duck season we ran out of deer loin to blacken. So, we butchered the morning's kill of ducks, and blackened them too. They was huckin' forrible.

DMR, since I am the official official on this site I will decide what is hucking forrible after testing appropriate samples in one pound serving. Duck,venison, spoonie, crappie, etc. You stick to the chefing and I will continue to be your PR firm. If these fools don't show up for the ho down its their fault they don't like a good time....if they can remember it.
