Truman Tailrace

Post by Jenny » June 2nd, 2006, 2:25 pm

Fishing at The Tailrace has leveled off somewhat. The crappie continue to bite well but lots of small ones in the mix. Whites and hybrids are biting off and on. XL pearl Slab Hunters and spoons seem to be doing the trick. Still a fair amount of catfish being caught in the 1-10 lb. range. A couple of big flatheads caught last week, but I've not heard of much of size in the way of blues. Truman is at 707.65 which is up, and they have been running water in the evenings mostly.
