Lowrance Graph

Post by Triton X2 » November 28th, 2006, 8:23 pm

Okay, here is the deal. Early in October, my x135 started coming on by itself. I called Lowrance and since it was still under warrenty, they said send it in. So I did and they had told me there would be about a 2 day turnaround. Well, it turned into 2 weeks and I called about it, they said they model was on backorder. So I waited paitently and called again the next week and was told the same thing. After this going on for at least 5 phone calls inquiring about it, I got a little pissy with em telling em I needed the graph because I fish a number of tournaments. A guy told me to hold and in about 4 or 5 minutes came back on and said he had found one. He said he would send it to me as soon as possible. I told him I appreciated it and today, after tracking it for the past week, they showed up on my front porch...YEP, that is right. They sent me 2 two x135 graphs. I dont know what to do, should I send one back or do you suppose they will ever be able to find out they actually sent me 2 of them? They didnt send a transducer with either of them.

Keep it, especially if they didn`t charge you for it. I sent a $140 pair of sunglasses back to BPS once. They were mistakenly sent in an order that I had placed. I wasn`t charged for them. I didn`t even get a "Thank You for your honesty" out of them.

But it was a long time ago, and it was just that one day.

I would hang onto it in the short term and contact them though I most likely would return it just out of pure ethics. Obviously mine not theirs.

T. You should send it to me. I am the official southwest Lowrance return depot. If you want, you can just send it by Lefty. Image

I don't know if I could feel the bite that deep. Bigfoot and I caught some Pommy crappie at 71' last winter and it sure was hard to feel the bite.
