Aim'n Low Volume 2

Post by Tigerhaze » December 28th, 2006, 3:08 pm

Has anybody else watched this yet? I gave Volume 2 as a gift to a friend and we watched it while we were bullchitting.

It is well put together and has some interesting tips on it as well as great footage. Besides the monster gar, the footage of Robin shooting the jumping silver carp was pretty cool. It is definitely worth getting.

I don't know how you Aim Low guys can stand the bugs and the generator noise, though. I have had bad swarms of bugs during nighttime fishing in the summer but nothing like the footage you have. How long do you guys have to leave the lights and the generator on- do you flip the generator on momentarily or does it have to run continuously to power those lights?

I`ve seen it. I thought it was pretty good. The video quality was excellent. Larry sure pushes a mean record button.

But it was a long time ago, and it was just that one day.

I swear MOC, you`re a genius, that`s all there is to it.

Hey, don`t you owe me a picture, or three?

Tigerhaze,

That footage of the bugs is far and away the worst I have ever seen the bugs. Normally, they might be a little bothersome after sundown, but go away as the night goes on.

The genny runs all night when we use the floodlights. Without the genny, there is no electric. If we weren't filming, we wouldn't turn it off when we land fish. The genny is loud, but we can talk up front in normal voice, so it really isn't bad. Hope to get a super quiet Honda before spring gets here.
