I don't know if it is listed per se. I have it from a good source though. I think they want to make sure the new owner knows what they are doing and what they are getting into. The restaurant has been vacant for a long time, but past operators weren't successful. Check it out yourself though. I think it is pretty common knowledge up around there

Restaurants up there have a generally hard time because of the short season and no real business 8 months a year it makes for a hard life. I guess I should say that isn't my side of the lake so I don't go down there very often. The reason I asked is I know some folks that may be interested in the property.
