"The big boar was hunted inside a large, low-fence enclosure and fired upon 16 times by Stone, who struck the animal nearly a half-dozen times during the three-hour hunt."

This kid must be related to PS.
One day, long, long ago, there lived a woman who did not whine, nag, or bitch.
But it was a long time ago, and it was just that one day.

All I have to say MOCraig, is that all the moderators on this site should follow the standard you set on your hog forum. Image

I70, no one can match MOCraig in that regard. He's the perfect moderator.

Actually, I think Dave was on top of this way before the forum "moderator" was.

Forum moderator is a slacker! Image

Wonder how much they are paying to have the head of a feedlot pig mounted? Image

I noticed that MoCraig got to this story about a week after every other hog thread moderator.

Nice job staying current, bone head.

Hey you no comprehending mofo, Dave didn't say it WAS one generation away from farm stock. He said it could be NO MORE than one generation. Don't be gettin' all pissy up in hera just 'cause you can't moderate a fornicating hog board.

Thank God YOU don't deal with chit on a molecular level!! Image Image

The more you know me, the more you realize that I'm usually right.

The debate here really isn't farm stock or feral stock... It's obviously got "some" feral blood. The debate is tame or not tame. The kid wacked a tame hog that some outfitter turned loose 4 days prior.

I hear this happens at the game ranches/farms quite a bit. The rancher tells a client that he has a big 12 pointer, the client pays his deposit, the rancher takes the deposit 2-4 days ahead of "go time" to an exotic animal sale, buys a 12pt buck, the client shows up with the rest of the money which is almost all profit, and whalla, the hunt of a lifetime begins.

This is a story told to me from a sale barn worker I've known for 11 or 12yrs, who loves exotic animal sales, because the pay is so much better.

This happens a helluva lot more often than folks (especially ranch huntin' folks) want to admit. But Dave, I must disagree with one point. This concept
the hunt of a lifetime begins.
depends upon the individual hunter. For me, hunting an auctioned animal in a pen is not my hunt of a "lifetime". I just shake my head at folks that hunt in pens, but to each their own I guess. Image
