Beagle And Deer

Got a 12 year old Beagle he was good on Rabits until we moved down here in the woods,then he started running Deer.Is there anyway I can get this old dog back on Rabbits?.

I'm thinking if I get him where there is more Rabbits than Deer he should be fine.Just love the old dog wanting his last days to be right.
