I've been shooting a long bow since I returned to archery about 2 years ago. Prior to that all I ever shot seriously was recurves except for an occasional flirtation with a longbow built 30+ years ago. I don't know when the reflex/deflex long bows started being made and used but they are a wonderful improvement over the convenitonal Hill type or D bows of days gone by. Try one, if you have an interest I believe you'd like them. I don't know where Oakville or Cedar Hill is but if it's anywhere close to Rolla or you eer get this way you could sure try mine.
