Just a reminder

Missouri spring turkey season opens next week, and coyote hunting is closed for the duration of turkey season.
Now if an aggressive coyote comes charging in on your turkey sweet talk, I guess you could defend yourself with a load of #4 shot. Just don't have three or four dying rabbit calls draped around your neck and no turkey calls.... Image

Thanks, I had forgotten. I was scouting sunday and saw a coyote in the morning. If the oportunity would have occured next week I would have shot him.
The man who thinks he can, and the man who thinks he can't are both right.

Next week, if you are out and about with a rifle, be prepared to do some powerful explaining to your friendly MDC enforcement representative....... Image Image
