You'll have to trust me on this MOC.

I was going to show you a satalite image of the place after we hunted, but ran short on time.

As far as a hunting place, it can't hardly get any better imo.

The current owners said they have had more deer in their yard than I've ever had at my place.

Me likey.

It's one of those perfect funnels that critter have no choice but to move through.

More rural. I really like the house. It doesn't have a lot of acreage, but where it is in conjuction with the crop fields, creek, and terrain features is outstanding.

A lot more private than where we are now too.

I would still try to keep my hunting rights to the 80 I've been hunting on though. Just for chits and grins.

3200+sqft house, only 10acres,8 of it timber with the back property line being the start of a bean field. The timber is a monster funnel between 3 bean fields and a creek, that connects 3/4 mile+ of timber to the north and south of the property. I'd try to get permission to bowhunt at least one of the ajoining properties. Shouldn't be a problem imo, but might take a little time for me to work my charm.

The far end of the yard is trampled with deer tracks.
