Everyone tell LA

That she needs to buy a red house.

Tell her with some authority, so the idea will sink in. Image

You don't want that red house.

Looks like two votes... "No" darling. You just want it for the hunting ground. Image

I like the house.

And as far as the hunting ground...it has better potential then where I'm hunting now, by a long shot.

There's a red house over yonder...
That's where my baby stays....

You'll have to trust me on this MOC.

I was going to show you a satalite image of the place after we hunted, but ran short on time.

As far as a hunting place, it can't hardly get any better imo.

The current owners said they have had more deer in their yard than I've ever had at my place. Image Image Me likey. Image

Dave: Is this in the city or a little more rural? I say buy it regardless.

More rural. I really like the house. It doesn't have a lot of acreage, but where it is in conjuction with the crop fields, creek, and terrain features is outstanding.

A lot more private than where we are now too.

I would still try to keep my hunting rights to the 80 I've been hunting on though. Just for chits and grins.

Unless you have nads the size of a mustard seed, buy it. Image

On second thought, we know the size of your nads, so how will this affect your kids and their schooling? There had to say that.

What kindof acreage are we talking? Size of the house? Will it give you easy trespass?

3200+sqft house, only 10acres,8 of it timber with the back property line being the start of a bean field. The timber is a monster funnel between 3 bean fields and a creek, that connects 3/4 mile+ of timber to the north and south of the property. I'd try to get permission to bowhunt at least one of the ajoining properties. Shouldn't be a problem imo, but might take a little time for me to work my charm.

The far end of the yard is trampled with deer tracks.

What is the probability that this land will be developed?
