700 Yard Shoot

There are tenative plans for a 700 yard shoot in central MO about 30 minutes east of Jefferson city.
No details yet but if you are interested post up and I'll make sure you get the info.

Rules haven't been decided. I think it will be an informal shoot.

There's a Vietnam vet here in Joplin that swears he was a sniper who used a bow & arrow. He claims his longest kill was 600 yards. Honest injun.

700yds is an odd range. 600yds is a lot more common in competition. I'd have to re-figure a zero between my 600 and 800yds for this, and I'm not sure it's worth it.

Take you shoes off. Then you can configure your range card for 50yd ups. Image
