There's 4 slabs of baby backs, and 4 " DD " chicken tits on the smoker.

A portion will go to the good ol' boy that supplies me with pecan wood, and I'll do my level best to destroy the remainder.

There's a little Mexican joint down the road that LA and I eat at every week. They're awesome, and the flan is fantastic.
