Soldiers/service members often waterfowl hunt 30-45 days a season, depending on where they are stationed, so did I. Still try to hunt often. Keep the faith and follow the tradition! Take a friend or a kid hunting.
Re: How many of you topwaters
I agree with Bruce 100%. I used to hunt everybit of 45 days if not more. Someone needs to kick this dawggonit guy in the goatsack.

Re: How many of you topwaters
daw, your lack of knowledge is shameful. Servicemembers get vacation time each year and most can schedule their time to enjoy life. You might be greatful for thier contributions, public dime? What is that? Everyone has personal time. People have lives outside of Old Monroe. Wake up and smell the roses. Your efforts is why many leave sites like this. Your comments are not funny or informative, only disgusting to all that serve and sacrifice their lives so we may all breathe the air of freedom. I shall digress no further.

I would like to say I hunted when I was in the service... but I was so drunk during that time, I don't remember.

Re: How many of you topwaters
being drunk and using a firearm is nothing to laugh or brag about. Daw, you were in the service? Were you discharged with less than honorable service? And, still hold grudges against all those who served with honor. Yes it was leave, regular as opposed to other types of absences, but didn't want to confuse you this such complex use of the English language or military terminology. Your making fun of our sevicemembers shows your true colors, and they are not red, white and blue. laugh on funny one.
