With your 300wsm... how often are you bumping back the shoulders. Or do you even have this issue?
My 7wsm die will do it fine, but my 300 just won't quite do it no matter how far down I turn the FL sizer die.

WSMs in many instances will get sticky bolts from case stretch. You have to really work the brass and die to get all of the sizing out of it. The shoulder needs to be pushed back about 2 thou.

I do a complete brass prep for every reloading.
The .002 shoulder bump is about right.
My rifle has a tight target chamber (Pac-Nor) and full length resizing is a .002 shoulder bump.

Try a TSX 150 grain MOC. And try to shoot better next time, so you don't look like a goober for missing so much.
