Problem solved. Lard gives the best crust on fried chicken.

I'm not against phasing out trans fats, but it should be voluntary based on consumer input with suitable alternatives, not because of legislation. Once again government is trying to protect us from all the evils of the world. I guess we better get used to it when the liberals take control of government in '08.

If I were to forward a guess, I would say the insurance companies were behind the scenes and pulling the strings.
