Cards Looked Good Tuesday Evening!
For once, DirecTV decided not to me screw me and actually showed the game on FSMW. I realize the Pirates are not a powerhouse team, but the Cards still looked pretty dominant especially during batting. It was nice to see Duncan and Pujols homer- gets me fired up for the rest of the season!

I listened to the game against the Padres on Sunday and saw the highlights and was impressed by Smoltz's record performance (8 strikeouts in a row). I also saw that Wainright has 15 wins this season, Carpenter has 14 wins, and Pineiro has 13 wins. Finally the Cards have two things they were lacking- a good starting rotation and a good bat behind Pujols (Holliday).
I know many of you knuckledraggers on here are from the East side and are Cards fans- do you have anything to say about them now, with the addition of Smoltz, Lugo, and Holliday and a consistent starting rotation?
