Finally shot it...

Post by Limbshot » August 8th, 2013, 8:17 am

Man alive I love that bow! I finally got to shoot it last night and I love it. Super smooth, super quiet, rock solid at full draw and man is it speedy (not Samcro speedy, but you know what I mean). Very pleased with my decision. It is a shooter.

They aren't fully SAMCRO-approved, but they're on the list of bows that don't completely suck.

It's good to see Bear starting to make a name for itself again. That series is a decent bow, good ergonomics, nice wall, pleasant to shoot. Speed finally caught up to 2007. You did a nice update to your rig, in my opinion.

All you thugs and ugly mugs dealing drugs and making noise,
You can kill each other all you want but if you touch my little boys,
You begging for this bullet will be the last thing that you say
before I let my dark side come out to play

What strings are you running, and how did it tune out?

I too believe it is an upgrade from the Pro 3000. Bear has definitely come a long way over the past 5 years. I currently have their factory "pre-stretched" strings on it. I'd like to get it crackerized, but just not sure I will have the time to do so. I don't want to send it off and don't know when I would have the time to make the trip up there.
