Tuesday was a crappie day...
Well I had heard a few reports that the crappie were on fire at LOZ and since Tuesday was a State holiday, made arrangements to head down with my buddy. Glad we did. We only hit two areas and limited out in just over 2 hours. Our smallest fish that we kept was right at 10 inches, most were in the 11-12 inch range! Heading back for more tomorrow.

I heard from a buddy of mine that he limited out on crappie in just an hour or two on Mark Twain Lake in a foot of water.

I'd heard they were catching them there as well, TH. Ours were definitely deeper than that.
