Thanks RB- not sure yet for 2021 but at least 2020 is behind us. I did finalize my ownership of a lake estate lot in Montgomery County in 2021 so that was a good thing.

That's great to hear. Neat area. How much land and how big is the lake?

It's just a small lot (1/4 acre or so) on a large lake (approx. 150 acres give or take).
